Technical evidence capabilities are separate from qualified electronic signatures and authority acceptance.
FlyTally stores evidence that can bind a signer action to an exact record and detect later modification. FlyTally does not currently represent any of these mechanisms as an eIDAS qualified electronic signature (QES) or as an advanced electronic signature.
Signer acted through an authenticated FlyTally account; recorded licence/qualification data may still require independent authority verification.
The attestation is bound to the exact stored record/revision and protected by FlyTally server HMAC evidence.
Signer identity and credential details are entered in person and are not independently authenticated by FlyTally.
The captured drawing is stored with the credential snapshot and bound to the exact record/revision by FlyTally server HMAC evidence.
This is a platform integrity mechanism, not a signer identity or electronic-signature credential.
HMAC-SHA-256 detects modification of the exact verification payload stored by FlyTally.
AUTHORITY STATUS
The statuses below describe FlyTally's validation work only. They are not approvals of FlyTally, a pilot, a licence, a flight, a signature or a training record.
Status: REFERENCE BASELINE
FlyTally implements FCL.050-style record and evidence features, but EASA does not thereby approve FlyTally or any individual record. Electronic-record acceptability remains subject to the competent authority.
Status: EXTERNAL VALIDATION PENDING
FlyTally has no recorded ÚCL approval for replacing required handwritten/countersignature evidence with the current electronic attestation model.
Status: SCOPE CONFIRMATION PENDING
The exact LAA ČR acceptance scope for FlyTally electronic logbook/signature evidence has not been formally validated and must remain separate from Part-FCL assumptions.
COMMERCIAL RELEASE GATE
Strategy version 2026-09-18-c4-v1. The commercial release remains blocked until the QES/signature strategy and aviation-validation strategy are explicitly resolved and the matching external evidence is committed to the release record.
